Clean Room
Our Class 10,000 clean room complies with ISO 9001:2000 and BS EN ISO 14644 Class 7 and provides facilities for industries such as the healthcare, automotive, marine and electronics sectors, where a controlled manufacturing environment is crucial. 
Laser Cutting Technology
Capable of delivering dimensions and positional accuracy way beyond the means of conventional flat-bed and rotary tool manufacturers, primarily for the life sciences and medical device markets.

X/Y Axis Plotter
Used for prototypes and small batch runs, the plotter can produce fit for function parts without the need for tooling. Using a vacuum bed to secure materials, it has a working area of 1020mm x 1630mm and is driven directly from your DXF or DWG CAD files. 
Lathe Slitting
From master rolls, Parafix provides exact width rolls from 0.7mm up to 1400mm. Parafix can achieve finished roll tolerances of up to +/- 0.1mm, depending on material. 
Rewind Slitting
Different from lathe slitting, 'rewind slitting' allows Parafix to laminate material combinations together at the slitting stage; this provides added functionality. 
Laminating
Parafix has the capability to provide multi-laminate formats from a range of laminating equipment. Parafix can either laminate across the whole web or in selective strips, and can then provide in either roll or sheet form. 
Guillotining
The Parafix range of guillotine machines produce sheeted formats that are cut to exact requirements. Parafix uses single roll material or laminated products. 
Flat-Bed die cutting
Die cutting is at the core of Parafix's business. Parafix has an extensive range and capability of machines. Parafix provides bespoke products to meet exact requirements. Parafix makes die-cut parts from a range of flat bed, shim, engraved and die-set tooling. Parafix offers tolerances of up to +/- 0.15mm. 
Rotary die cutting
The multiple stage rotary die cutting machines at Parafix are versatile:having up to four rotary cutting tools working in unison. providing parts utilising many different materials, all cut to dissimilar profiles within the same part. being servo-assisted to provide extremely accurate tolerances utilising a digital optical inspection system. 
Design
Full CAD design facilities allow our in-house design team to create bespoke solutions based on your requirements. These drawings can then be turned into prototypes using our X/Y Axis "Harry" Plotter. |
