: More NVQ Success For Parafix Production Team
The latest group of Parafix production team employees have received their NVQ level 2 certificates in Business Improvement Techniques. The course comprised modules including Contributing to Effective Team Working, Applying Workplace Organisation (5S/5C), Applying Continuous Improvement Techniques (Kaizen), Visual Management Systems and Applying Process Flow Management.
The certificates were presented to the group by Managing Director Michael Punter, who commented; "I am delighted that so many members of our team are investing their time in developing valuable skills that will benefit both themselves and also Parafix. Well done to everyone who has taken part."
